Hello everybody and a warm welcome to the new blog! 🙂
After Alexis’ German exam and last preparations, today our summer vacations finally started!
First of all, we took the Regio train to Bremen Hbf. On our way, surprisingly, we passed our home city Neustadt a. Rbge. and we had the chance to wave “goodbye”. After a short ride and a quick check-up of the Bremen Hbf, we took the Strassenbahn to Bremen airport.
At arrival we were damn surprised: this is actually a pretty legit airport! New appearance, clean, spacious and in the middle of the city. What do you wish more?
Here the twist: it’s size. You might expect dozens of check-in counters … this airport had literally only 15. Also it did not shine with it’s abundance of gates: A18 appeared to be the highest of dreams.
But, ultimately, who cares!? We prep’ed some neat sandwiches (with our fridge leftovers) at a bakery store and embarked on our journey to Istanbul.
We are excited and so glad to, finally, return to our lovely México!!! Now nothing (except of some hefty flight delays 😉 ) can’t stop us.
